Healthy Babies Healthy Futures (HBHF) is a free program for hapū māma or māma with tamariki up to the age of 4 years old, based in Auckland and Waitematā DHB. You will receive support and knowledge about nutrition, recipes, physical exercise, feeding, well-being and more!

Want to create some healthy habits and improve your hauora? Then join our 4 week challenge!
You will have access to a private Facebook group, 4 week planner, one on one talks with a dietician, connect with other mamas, 4 week support from your coach and work towards achieving some great goals!

Our free text messaging service is available for pregnant mothers, or with babies up to the age of 21 months. This service provides information and support around pregnancy, child development and more.
