Our services

We offer free, innovative community and primary health services as well as social, and Whānau Ora services across the Greater Auckland region. We have a particular focus on providing the right care for Māori, Pacific, tamariki (children), rangatahi (youth), whānau (families), and other high-needs populations.

Whānau Ora Approach

Our work embraces and supports the kaupapa of Whānau Ora. Through integrated joint ventures with local District Health Boards and Primary Care Providers, Te Puna Manawa Trust assists and empowers the West and North Auckland community to take responsibility for their health and well-being.

We achieve this by:

  • Providing information and pathways to clinical, justice, education, and social services.
  • Promoting a healthy lifestyle and supporting healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Encouraging positive change within the community.

Our Philosophy

Together, we can make a difference in our community.

Te Puna Manawa Trust believes that the solution to health and well-being challenges does not lie solely within the individual but also through the people around them, their whānau. By working together with whānau, Te Puna Manawa Trust gains a greater understanding of the life challenges faced by the community and how best to develop action plans to minimise, resolve, or adapt to these challenges.
